New JCodeBox release expands functionality and third party support
London, UK - November 17, 2003 - Michael Campbell Associates Ltd are pleased to announce the release of version 1.50 of JCodeBox (http://www.jcodebox.com), their leading edge Java application and component builder. JCodeBox is a comprehensive, affordable development environment that allows developers to visually design, build and assemble Java enterprise and web applications (J2EE). JCodeBox can then automatically deploy the application giving the developer immediate feedback. This release includes new and enhanced web development features, direct integration with the Borland JBuilder IDE and support for additional application servers and databases.

One of the main additions in this release is plug-in support for the Borland JBuilder IDE. This allows users to iteratively create enterprise/web applications in JCodeBox without leaving the JBuilder environment. Once they are happy with the application, they can export it directly into a JBuilder project for further maintenance and fine tuning. "As part of our partnership with Borland, JCodeBox is to be included on the JBuilder X partner CD and Michael Campbell Associates Ltd were sponsors of the 14th Annual Borland Conference in San Jose, November 1-5, 2003", added O'Sullivan.
